Smiling is one of the best healthy habits that you can adopt. It’s much more tangible than “positive thinking” and is, therefore, easier for your body and mind to remember to do.

Simply pick something that you do every day, like brushing your teeth or getting on a bus, and try and smile every single time you do it.

Once you’ve made it a habit, you can bring smiling into other domains until it’s become something you naturally do all the time.
